Bowmanville Zoo
is the Canada's Oldest Zoological Park, est.1919.
It is with our pleasure that we welcome you to witness our dedication in
the protection and conservation of endangered species through education
and exciting entertainment. A variety of over 300 non-human inhabitants,
including a few celebrated faces like Bongo the Famous Lion Star from
the hit movie "The Ghost and the Darkness" and "George of the
Jungle." This is no ordinary
Zoo, here is a very unique opportunity that
allows upclose & personal interaction with wildlife from around the
world in an enhancing countryside setting.
