Well Hello There and  Welcome to THE BOWMANVILLE Z00

The Bowmanville Zoo is no ordinary Zoo. This is the original Family Zoo, the Children's Zoo Only 45 minutes east of Toronto tucked away off the beaten track on the Old Kings Highway. Located in the Historical little Town of Bowmanville Ontario, Municipality of Clarington in the Region of Durham. This is the picturesque countryside just East of Toronto.

The BZP is Canada's Oldest Zoological Park established in 1919. An accredited member of CAZA Canadian Association of Zoos and Aquariums. A winner of the prestigious Thomas Baines Award for outstanding excellence and achievements. (Similar to the Academy Awards of the Zoological Field.)
